Mumbai is the capital of Maharastra which is one of the biggest states in India. More than 14 million people are living in India. Mumbai is a metropolitan city. Famous financial institutions like Reserve bank of India, Bombay stock exchange, National Stock exchange of India are located in Mumbai. The area of Mumbai city is 600 square kilometers. More than 13crore people are living in this city.

The temperature in Mumbai city during summer is around 30′ Celsius and during winter it is around 10′ Celsius. Haji Ali mosque is a famous mosque in Mumbai which is more than 500 years old. Flora fountain is a tourist spot in Mumbai which is built using stones. It was built in 1864. The Gateway of India is another landmark in India in which the gateway arch is 26metres high.

The Tajmahal palace is a luxurious hotel in Mumbai which has more than 500rooms for the guests. The main specialty of this hotel is the dome is built from steel which is same as the steel used to build Effile tower.

Nariman point is a business district in Mumbai in which the rate of a house is more than $2500 per square feet. Chatrapathi shivaji railway station and Chatrapathi shivaji International airport in Mumbai are respectively the most famous Railway stations and Airports in India.
